Why is this track so intense
It's literally the second dungeon you go into

I mean, you are being chased by Beeheeyem so thats a thing
I like how the enemies in this game are designed to take a couple of hits. Compared to the previous Mystery Dungeon games, this one feels more of a challenge when you do the dungeons. Every Pokemon you encounter has more HP than you.
Andy Shoumi All the dungeons generally have less floors, but the Pokémon are complete assholes. Most of them take more than 2 turns to kill, and many of them can easily kill you in 1 to 2 hits, which is why I always pack at least 10 reviver seeds for any mission.
@@Wadosan The pokemon were tougher because the partners were smarter, you had looplets and emoras which are like multiple scarves stacked, and moves get stronger over time. I only had real trouble with submerged cave but it isn't a PMD game if you aren't getting bubblebeam sniped at some point.
@@blazethesteamdragon6202 Or Razor Winded, or Discharged! Hell one of your very first few jobs involves a Rotom pranking you into fighting a Monster House by yourself. God forbid you get stuck with Aftermath & double-attacking Driflooms. There's one with Axew asking you to fight Salamance, while underlevelled when you first get the job. this game unlike any other PMD has more asshole moments than like Time & Darkness or the original Red & Blue

@@NatetheNintendofan same. i went in there with a squirtle, a tepig, and the smarts of a 12 year old. gave up after a few tries and didnt puck up the game again for months
First visit: This is super easy, aw yeah, awesome music!
Second visit: What the hell are these Pokemon smoking... This is a death knell.

It's so intense and exciting, even though it's one of the first mystery dungeons!
Has a similar feel to Barren Valley from Sky. Beautiful.
Jungle Nuzleaf is best Nuzleaf.
I forgot how amazing the dungeon music in this game is. It's actually the best overall dungeon music in the entire series. (Sky Tower still holds the crown of best single dungeon theme, though.)
I've only played Explorers of Sky, so I was very taken away by how I can just click on any random SMD soundtrack in my youtube recommendations and it will almost certain be a banger. Now I really wish 3DS emulation worked a bit better already

@TheAbsol7448 oh really? Well that's exciting to hear! I read on the summary page of citra that super mystery dungeon has some issues, but I guess I'll give it a try and see how it works out for me :)
@@HomingAsatoMass I started playing it on my Steam Deck and from my experience, it's flawless so far. I think Citra finally added Vulkan to the PC version, so any performance issues are a non issue now.

To be fair, they don't make them anymore. This was the last original PMD game. (Though, RTDX was absolutely _fantastic_ and held up to the other games.)
Beginning sounds like a full on assault, Must be getting Fire Emblem vibes.

The person who couldn't get passed this tutorial dungeon and were KO'ed due to no Tiny Reviver Seeds.
People who only watch Let's Plays and doesn't just get the game.
It really is not the same if you just watch Let's Plays of this game or if you play it by yourself.
@@Shibanu_ agreed. Games like this one, that makes you go through the story with your decisions, or get you emotionally invested are better played before watching anyone else play
