The ranking of Provinces was based on the audited financial statement as to Total Assets for the year ended 2022, conducted and released by the Commission on Audit. The whole figures of each province's total assets can be found on their website.
Disclaimer: Abra is not included in the list due to non-availability of data of the audited total asset in COA's report.
