Huggy and Kissy are both very flimsy and flexible characters, if they do have bones(which they likely do), said bones are going to be very malleable and much harder to break. If anything it's the internal bleeding that may have gotten him.
I assume his legs and arms are purely muscle (explains how they are all floppy), and his only bones are in his hands, ribs, and a skull.

I agree that Huggy IS still alive, and I'm hoping that if we're to see him in Chapter 4, its when we've just about finished a boss fight to save Kissy, but just when we all think we're safe, the creature tries to attack Kissy Missy!, until suddenly.... OUT COMES HUGGY WUGGY! wanting to save Kissy Missy! And he'll be all beaten, face distorted and missing one of his arms from the fall. Then after beating the creature until it's finished, Huggy turns to face us and slightly shows his teeth, but then he naturally smiles and turns his attention to Kissy Missy as he helps her up and they both hug 😊💙💗

My (very sentimental) theory was that 1006 forced/controlled Huggy to kill Kissy, and Huggy did it in a state of being unaware of anything around him besides his task. When he snaps out of it however, he realises just what he's done.
This makes him get really, really mad at 1006 and hence he betrays him in memory of Kissy, one of the only people who ever kept him safe......
That got melodramatic
My theory is that the chapter 4 main antagonist attacked kissy missy and we will have to fight them to get kissy back and then the prototype gives huggy back

but, keeping in mind how gory this game is, we will most likely be given a deal where we give the antagonist something, example: a grapback hand, and in return we can 'see kissy again'. However, when we do see Kissy again, we are greeted with the gory sight of her dead body and the antagonist will say "I said you can see Kissy again. I didnt say you could see her ALIVE"
I've never felt so much tension and anticipation over a horror game character before. I mean, at first it would be logical to assume he's dead, based on the very obvious brutal fall. But the fact that in the other two chapters MOB went out of their way to show the other antagonists deaths on screen just makes me wonder... why didn't they show Huggy's then? The feeling of not knowing for sure whether something is truly gone and that it could still be lurking around you, even at this very moment, is terrifying.

I have 2 theory’s:
1: If mob wants to secretly sneak in a secret about the prototype they usually put in claw marks, so it’s a bit strange how there are none near huggys fur
2: If huggy does become like Darth Vader and return, I think he will more likely come back stitched up rather than be half robot

Fun Fact:
The CEO posted on the Poppy Playtime Discord Server that The Prototype is Palpatine and Huggy Wuggy is Darth Vader, and if you watched Star Wars you'd know that Anakin *fell* to his supposed death and Palpatine later revived him as Darth Vader. To make his post even more suspicious, he quickly deleted it.
Interesting I have to wonder if the post was quickly made they deleted it on purpose.

Maybe poppy just assumed that Huggy died; because in chapter 2 deleted scenes Mommy Longlegs talks about how Huggy always tells Mommy when someone goes down into the Game Station. Also for Reason 3 , does this mean that Huggy Wuggy gets a redemption arc? Because you said that Huggy Wuggy is Darth Vader and Darth Vader gets a redemption arc and saves Luke.

That would be interesting but we've already seen Huggy twice now once in CH 1 and the other in CH 3 as a dream. I'd rather not see the same character more than two times but that's just me.

I think he might just be a bit banged up since we see blue fur that leads to a vent meaning he managed to grab onto something and he climbed into a vent so I don't think he would look that different.@@ItsLightnings

I think I have a theory that this is a message for lightning that commented on this maybe he couldn’t of find us he did not really find us of where we were going so he will have to find a way to find us, and may be in chapter 4 will see him finally funding us, and then it’s gonna be a huge chasing, and then will see him actually die
I think that it’s very convenient that Huggy fell in the water treatment, likely meaning he fell into…water. Which could mean that he is safe, or coulda drowned idk

Some people thought that nightmare huggy wuggy was the real huggy but we were just halluculating but maybe huggy fall very deep as we saw in chapter 2 his fur and blood maybe he fall more than that and is deep and is somewhere luring or maybe the prototype must have done something but u know in the game when we see catnap praying to some dead toys or prototype we saw most of the dead things like mommy long legs,pg,and the smiling critiers etc. But huggy wuggy was not there so maybe in my theory huggy wuggy must have not been dead maybe he fall very deep and maybe we could see him in chapter 4 somwhere because huggy is surely not dead but ALIVE. Huggy could be so much injured bc he falled so deep and in poppy theory channel he said that maybe in chapter 4 we could MAYBE BE in a amusement park. But possibly i dont think we could be taken chapter 4 there as we havent heard much of it in any chapter.. but in huggys case he is very strong he has good instincts so there could be a 50-50 chance he could be dead or alive but rest we could see in chapter 4!

With how much they are foreshadowing the return of Huggy Wuggy I doubt he is dead. That fur hint in chapter 2 really hinted to him getting in that vent. It is possible that the Prototype just grabbed him mid fall but he could still be alive then. Unless The Prototype killed him. But there is always this rule for any game. If you don't see a body, they are not dead. We never saw Huggy Wuggy's body after the fall. All we saw was some of his fur and blood hinting he landed at the water treatment facility but escaped into a vent. Until further proof, I believe he still alive in the lower depths of Playtime Co.

My theory is that huggy probably survived the fall and he was extremely injured started losing blood until prototype saw him just keep in mind prototype takes collection of toys when their dead or vulnerable to death. The prototype took huggy remains in chapter 3 teaser trailer we saw huggy head on that spike indicating that he's dead that the prototype delt with him. Huggy might as well as be apart of the prototype just like mommy long legs and catnap

I think that if Huggy Wuggy is supposed to be similar to Darth Vader, and the Prototype is rebuilding him, then maybe that’s why he supposedly was the one who attacked Kissy Missy at the end of Chapter 3. Maybe was doing the equivalent of an organ transplant since Huggy and Kissy share similar anatomy. I think that if Huggy returns, and the Prototype rebuilt him, then he’s going to be a much tougher villain to go up against. He might want revenge for defeating him in the first chapter.

If Huggy can stand up like a statue, he must have a spine. When he falls, he hits his chest on the railing and his spine bends very weirdly, which would break his spine. He then hits his head on a bunch of pipes and bleeds, meaning Huggy would have multiple head injuries which would still bleed as he fell. If he did survive, he would be completely paralyzed due to his spine being broken.
That would be interesting but he’s not like any ordinary human

Huggy Wuggy & the prototype are 2 separate experiments. The prototype can mimic other voices and Huggy Wuggy, as far as we know at least, didn’t talk at all.

I do believe he’ll likely come back but with full control by the prototype . I have a feeling he’ll likely become a hero in the end , saving kissy after what attacked her in the end of Chapter 3. He’ll come back , he might of fallen a long way but that doesn’t mean he is dead . Antagonists always come back at some point (same as springtrap) . Huggy will probably end up saving us , maybe leading to his actual death from saving us .

@@ItsLightnings it is weird the fact how I had read an article over the prototype and it has stated how it wanted to flee Huggy Wuggy from Playtime Co. Factory . So’d why he’s willing to reborn the fuzzy Huggy Wuggy we one knew from the start? From the resemblance between prototype and Palpatine , Palpatine served as Darth Vaders master same as Prototype for Huggy . My theory is Prototype might be saving Huggys body (maybe) Mommy’s , and Catnaps for something . Mommy might of said “you’ll make me part of him” maybe she is referring as part of his stunt he’s trying to pull or something . It is either the Prototype uses toy parts to become a scary and better version of himself or he is likely to fix them up.

But yeah there's no way he's dead. I kinda hope he went Rouge and decided to roam the factory alone after the fall, and will only assist when kissy is in danger. I wonder if poppy escaped and saw blood on the pipes and thought that huggy died because she probably thought nobody would come into the factory right?but chance is that she heard huggy falling when she was in the case. She is smart so she could’ve heard huggy fall.How could she think that a random person came into the factory?But huggy could’ve landed on something.Example is a box or some boxes or just a random mattress to break the fall.Of course huggy bleeded from blood.we already saw that in chapter 1.Or he managed to get to survive the fall.toys probably wont break from long falls.And huggy is a toy so he probably survived the fall.

huggy and kissy are supposedly the same, excluding their personalities, and we have evidence of kissy and huggy being pretty weak, as kissy struggled to pull down a lever (yes, i know huggy broke down the industrial door) but huggy is NOT durable, as the first time he hit a pipe, he ragdolls, supposedly getting knocked out. My theory is, yes, huggy did survive in ch2 and crawl into a vent, but died later due to blood loss or other natural causes. I think the devs saying all of this stuff is to just mess with us, and make jokes.

Well, well, look like the tables have turned of your opinion. There is one more thing, you must do that. Truly show how this man is alive. And that is go back through chapter 3 and look for any possible evidence of him and connected to chapter 2 with the water treatment. Because I knew throughout chapter 3. That there is something anything and yet. I've never seen anybody acknowledge something of his actual body at. After the fall in chapter 3. Well, now is the time for you. Considering how there's only have been one single thing, and thatright after you escape the trash compactor there is a room and there is a hole above it with blood below it. And that is the closest thing I have found the possibility connect.

Huggy wuggy in the shine that catnap made it for the prototype is not real thing the design will be not the same as the shine and it is just a display (statue) so it doesn't mean huggy or boxy boo are dead maybe huggy fall in water thing and he will have broken bones or even blood
