The Meridian 341 is a highly sought-after model because the boat has a very large cabin for the size boat. Also, it is one of very few boats in this size range to offer 2 private state rooms and a shower that is completely separate from the rest of the head compartment. The master stateroom has plenty of storage in 2 hanging lockers and features a very comfortable mattress. The guest state room is perfect for kids with 2 twin beds. The salon area features comfortable seating, lots of natural light, and a flat screen TV. The bridge offers comfortable seating for 6 to 7 people and offers a great panoramic view. The bridge has its own fridge to keep cold beverages convenient. This captain-maintained Meridian 341 NSB has lived in freshwater its entire life, most of which has been in Lake Travis, Austin, TX. The current owner (last two years) has gone through virtually all the systems, ensuring everything is in working order. All gauges, switches and other electrical work perfectly. The 6.2L MPI motors start right up and run great. A boat surveyor will be hard-pressed to find things wrong with this excellent vessel. The details: • Extra clean inside and out. Kept in covered slip its whole life. • The interior and exterior upholstery is in fantastic shape. The seating is clean, with no tears. The exterior snap-in carpet is also clean and in great shape. • The gelcoat is smooth, white, and all original. There have been no accidents whatsoever, nor have any fiberglass repairs ever been done. I bought this boat last year, it has been prefect in every way just as Roger described it.
Hey Rex we are currently under contract for a 2007 341. Are you still happy you bought this boat? Have you found it to be stable in the water? We are down in ft Myers florida and my husband has a desire to travel with the boat over to the Bahamas so any feed back would be appreciated. Thank you Sherri.
@@sherribradley9148 we are still loving the 341. As far stability, things can get a bit exciting, you have to pick and choose your days a bit. But we are near the Channel Islands in California, SW Florida is much friendlier water.
@@rexphinney3599 thanks for your insight as well. Can you elaborate more on any experience and advise you have when you find yourself out in those "exciting" times? We had been looking at express cruisers but really like the windows in the salon area, so much to consider.
@@sherribradley9148 the hull design of this boat is all about maximizing interior space, so it won't cut through open ocean the way a more purpose built sport fisher would. It's a coastal cruiser, it's meant for shorter runs and fair seas. Don't let that deter you though, just don't take it out on rough days. The "excitement" comes only if you are silly enough to try it in 5+ feet of swells.
@@sherribradley9148 we stay on ours weekends at a time, for what we do this boat is way better than an express cruiser. An Express cruiser is going to be easier to handle around the dock though, as this boat is essentially a giant sail in the wind. This does have thrusters though and that is a very nice option at this price point.
