Get yourself a couple JOE BUCHER TOPRAIDERS (The original & First "Plopper"). It's a musky bait but the small to medium size would be perfect for your cod I think.
Pretty bad mate found 100’s of big cod dead and not catching anywhere near the numbers of fish as I was before lost count of how many little fish died throughout the system

Is that vid I was using 60lb j-braid but just changed it out to shimano 73lb which is a smaller diameter then the j-braid
