Both! But I recommend having a reservation if you plan to go during the weekend or a holiday to avoid a long wait 😊

It ’s an act that sushi chefs really hate.
Apply soy sauce to sushi using gari instead of a brush.
It has a refreshing taste, so it is the recommended way to eat it.
完成したお寿司からネタを剥がすのは一番のマナー違反です。
日本中のお寿司屋さんで職人が最も嫌う行為なので気をつけて下さい。
ガリを刷毛の代わりに使って醤油を塗るととてもスマートですよ
味もサッパリするので是非とも試して下さい。
