- More info about travel to the Peloponnese: www.ricksteves.com/europe/gre... While most visitors to Greece's Peloponnese enjoy the same tourist stops, a three-hour drive takes you off the beaten path to the timeless and rustic south coast. Its southernmost point, the Mani Peninsula, still harbors remote corners where centuries-old art is tucked away, and where the curious traveler can be alone with a bit of bygone culture. #ricksteveseurope #greece #peloponnese

Ya Sou Rick Stevens, you are the Greatest! Thank you for your Mani tour especially Kastania, and your good words.
Hi. Nice video. Nice place. Wonderful job. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Very interesting
Great place great video
GREAT VIDEO, THANK FROM PUERTO RICO....
lovely!
Thanks for the reportage. The church should be renovated 😢
The church of St Peter has been restored as well as the religious paintings and it's a real jewel
Really that is so awesome ❤😊
Unconquered Mani!
just curious, in what ways are NE Romania and Central Romania better?
Wanna live there.....
SO BAD
Good thing you went in the winter. You would have boiled there
WOW! IS LIKE A LOST AND ABANDONED TREASURE! =P
its interesting to hear the male choir, the singing style to us sounds like turkish classical singing style
+Cafer İnce common byzantine heritage
The maniots have Byzantium heritage not Turkish because they were working as pirates.
Fun fact mani was never conquered by the ottomans and was invaded by them at least four times
but not better than north-eastern Romania or central Romania...some of the best places in that part of the world
Boring! There is so much more to the Mani than this image of 'ruggedness'.
This Rick Steves guy is so boring, travel is way more exciting that what he makes it out to be
My Friend I have no idea where you get your information. You should study your history. You are clearly misinformed.
