- Come With me as I make "the worlds lagest" Bløtekake - Norwegian cream cake. This is a cake you can get a heart attack just looking at - LOL, but it tastes heavenly.

Recipe:
5 eggs
125 g sugar
125 g white flour
1/2 ts baking soda
Bake in the middel of the oven at 170 degree C or 338 fahrenheit for 40 -50 min.
Fill and decoration:
5-10 dl Whipping cream
4-5 dl custard cream
Berries, fruit or what ever you would like to fill the cake with.
