Sam the man is back ... congratulations with your family extension. Only 15 years to go before he's working the machines with you 😉 ... so happy to see you doing well with your business and life journey. You got a Bridgeport Mill too.. all you need now is a Dean Smith and Grace lathe and you're laughing. Great to see you back. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍

Finally another video to watch, LOL.
    Always enjoy your updates.
Not really into watch videos about machining ??
Pretty much to many on CZcams already.
Take it easy with the video making plenty more things in life to spend your time on.
My main interest with your channel has always been just following along and watching you grow.
    Thanks for the update.
A Merry Christmas to you and your family.
All the best for the New Year.
    Peter.

From what I understand the only thing you really have to watch out for on the Quaser machines is the condition of the seal on the spindle shaft on machines with through-spindle coolant. I can tell you that the overall quality of Taiwanese machine tools has improved considerably in recent years with companies working to break into the lucrative European market. YCM, Feeler, Sharp, Kao Ming, Leadwell and Awea/Goodway were the early quality leaders that I could think of. Litz Hitech, YCM and Quaser are the ones I have seen work the hardest on improving their competitive edge in terms of both performance and quality.

Now we´re talking, big chips on a soviet lathe. You must absolutely do that even if there wasn't 200 likes! I want to see the 11kw spindle stall down!

Cool. On the Puma clearances and crash risk, the company I started working at has a policy of doing every last job via Hypermill with full simulation. Preventing crashes is paramount. We are already pretty much there in the milling department but have to start doing the same with the turning. I have watched quite a few videos on machine crashes and the associated direct and indirect cost. It looks like the software will more than pay for itself. Also it will make the workflow much more uniform as well as give new life to older but mechanically still sound machines where it is difficult to impossible to find operators for.

Hope you are having a fun summer with your family, and that the business continues to grow. Would be good to see another update when you get the chance, as you have come so far from your early videos to being a successful entrepeneur employing an ever growing team! Regards from England, Andrew.

Congratulations to you and your wife on the birth of your son and welcome back at last.
I am totally amazed at your company's progress and development when you consider you were working in the basement of your home about 2 years ago! Consider the space you need now to accommodate your machines and staff - its huge and so much better for all concerned.
I am reminded of the simple proverb that says "From tiny acorns grow massive oak trees."
