  • Lewa is a conservancy in northern Kenya. We practice community-centric conservation - meaning we work with local communities to make sure people and wildlife can thrive together in Kenya's wild landscapes. Our particular focus is in northern Kenya - and we work with all wildlife but have been active in restoring the population of black rhino and Grevy's zebra to a healthy population. We also work with elephants, predators and more than 76 mammals, 490 bird species and a plethora of reptiles and insects. We are known for our wildlife management innovation, for our expanding education program, our rural healthcare program and our women's micro-credit program. Take a peak here. Then, come and visit and see for yourselves!
