@@stefanmihaylov2832 it does, at 9:28 blight has two stacks of enrage and assassin's greed has two stacks of bleed, only time it wont is when some team have bleed resist it may or may not stack the bleed or any other debuff depending on what resistance the fighters have.
@@stefanmihaylov2832 in that case the dl may have percentage of bleed resist and happen to get luck and not get the second stack on bleed that time EDIT: just tested it and it only does 2 stack of enrage and one stack of bleed cause two would be super op and second stack on the ag must have come from chaos

Oh mb i stopped the clip at 4:12 and saw only 1 stack of bleed
