Kira is a hypocrite she got mad at Cameron in season 7 for allegedly saying that she hates her team mates and refuse to celebrate when she got her jacket but she did the same thing herself.
Ikr should shouldn't be saying anything and was lucky that she was still on the team back then.

I get where Holly is coming from and why she's mad, but I think Holly should take what Abby said as a compliment. She could interpret what Abby said about holding her to a higher standard as Abby thinking she's a better person.
Jenny Medrano I think that's what she was trying to say...and of course she would hold Holly to a higher standard, out of ALL the moms, I think she's the one Abby at least has a modicum of respect for. Abby knows the deal, especially since Kira took Kalani out of the game with them for a whole season. I understand Holly's frustration though.
tntbandit5 Oh yeah, Abby definitely knows the deal. I know that if I were in Holly's shoes at that moment, I wouldn't have been thinking of that as a positive at the moment so I can see where she's coming from there and how she feels like Abby is pardoning Kira in some way. I was shocked by Abby's reaction to the whole thing, to be honest. Woman gets crazy for lesser things, and her response was....off for that one.
Jenny Medrano I kinda think she did take it as a compliment or at least knew that when Abby told her she doesn't hold Kira to any standard cuz then she just went after Kira, which was a smart move, this wasn't a Holly or Jill versus standards moment, this was a Kira talking smack about the team during her off-season thing. I mean Jessalynn (who seems to be makin more sense as she stays on the show) was cut from AUDC and she didn't go nuts talkin bad about Abby.

Here's what Holly didn't get: Abby holds her to a standard because she knows that Holly is a professional. When someone is held to a standard there's a respect there and if they fail to meet that standard the respect is gone. If someone says they don't hold you to a standard, there's no respect for you whatsoever.
I feel like Holly did understood but she was mad at the moment because Kira made a really bad thing and Abby normally gets mad for the least of things but when it's something serious and she's like nothing. So I feel like her reacting that way was because she was frustrated and I would be frustrated too.
Holly understood exactly what Abby was saying to her. If you look at the clip again, she agrees with Abby before she continues on about what Kira did.

Chelsey Jones Kalani is not Better than Brynn or Maddie yes she is The 3rd best. I can name some things Maddie is better at than Kalani. Turns, Emotion, acting, her feet, her technique. Kalani and Brynn’s Technique is the same, but Brynn is more Elegant and controlled in her turns and Ariels. Kalani is more controlled in her turns than Maddie, but thats the only thing. So I disagree with what Kira said.

Yes, Kalani is by far the best dancer on that team in ALL aspects! However, Kira should know better and that letter should not have been written. The things that she says can really affect Kalani's chances down the line (not necessarily with Abby but in general) and that child definitely has a future in dance.

From my point of view, in one of the other seasons: every person was saying that Kira is a good mom because she said that there is only 10mins and in this episode : We see Kira throwing all those innocent kids under the bus.
Kira is 2-faced , sometimes I love her , but she has been arrogant about Kalani since she came on the team . & Kalani is a humble , gracious girl that supports her teammates . even if she thinks it , I doubt Kalani would say that she is a better dancer than all of her teammates on National TV . it’s just wrong .
