How are there entire groups of female sailors I knew nothing about?!? I need to find my future wife in this group lol. I'm about to start doing the same thing once I buy a sailboat. Ill be working remotely as a software engineer, while traveling the world on a sailboat, thats the dream. My father does charters out of Pensacola, FL so I have a lot of experience with Sea life/ Boat driving and Maintenance, but he uses a motorized boat, so I'm trying to learn the ropes of sailing before I make my first personal sail boat purchase. Then I came across both of your awesome vids!
Its hard to find a lady who is this adventerous and is more interested in life experiences than monetary objects. I'm similiar in the manner that city life isn't something that attracts me. Some of my favorite experiences are out in the middle of nowhere or on the Sea. NGL, this kinda gives me hope I can eventually find someone similiar of the opposite sex who I can eventually explore the world with, it is so hard to find someone similiar or a woman who would even consider doing this! If any of you all ever find yourselves in the Gulf by Pensacola, let me know! I'm sure my parents would let you tie off on their dock for a bit if you'd like! They'll be boating to the keys this winter so there will be a free dock. A small soft sand beach as well :) I'd be stoked to be first mate under a female captain for a bit if you stopped by haha. I'm also very mechanically inclined and good at fixing things. Check out dads channel if you'd like @Twistedpalmscharters
Maybe its bc we both were born in Cali, but I have the same mentality relating to being somewhat introverted and having no interest in buying your basic modern subdivision home or boat.
By the way @hannahsailing2324 or @SheSailsSolo , what websites were you talking about where you can try and crew on a sailboat to learn the ropes a bit better?

Excellent conversation thank you. Very sorry to hear of unscrupulous behaviour but sadly not surprising tho.
