It's not clear if they ever had a real relationship or if it's all in her head. She breaks into the professor's home and pretends they are a couple. Getting rid of the evidence of her actual husband and then flees when they come home. The Korean LGBT community really appreciated have gay love displayed, no matter the context.

Yes, Gleam is a CF (commercial film) for an eyewear company called Davichi. MMM are a lover of puns and word plays, which is also very evident in all their CFs. Gleam, meaning everything shines; and when translated to korean, is 다 빛이나, pronounced as da bichi na, which sounds like davichi na. Similarly, Maeil Bio (korean title was 매일 봐요 pronounciation maeil bwayo, meant see you everyday when translated to English), but it was a pun/wordplay on the yoghurt company named Maeil Bio. All their CFs have lyrics or titles related to the promoted companies, but still have meaningful lyrics when you listen to it as a standalone. I hope someone will request for a CF compilation for MMM! 😆
