Hiking for Health, Cronkley Fell, Upper Teesdale September 2021

An easy/intermediate hike over Cronkley Fell, Forest in Teasdale.
I work for the NHS and started hiking again a few months ago to improve moth my physical and mental health. Through hiking, in Teesdale, the Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District my mental health has improved immeasurably. I started Vlogging to my personal Facebook account while I was hiking and I have been persuaded to put the videos on here!
I will post links to the routes I use on the OSmaps app in the description for every hike I do and grid references from where I vlog.
