Hello Janet, thanks for your question. for this net bag In total you need a 3mm thick rope, 72 ropes of 160 cm each. 115.20 meters in total. 5-inch diameter wooden handles. To slow down, go to settings on the top left corner, adjust the speed you want in playback speed.
