      Are the series 7 & 9 the same grill in regards to burners, ceramic rods, and grates? Can you set the grates level or on an angle like the series 9? Last question - how does your series 7 perform in regards to even heat across the entire surface and flare ups? Thanks! I’m trying to see if the extra $1500 makes the series 9 worth it...

      @@SUPaddict The 7 is more geared to residential, the 9 more commercial, the burners are the difference between the two. The grates are at an angle, you can not set them flat. Mine are "W" shaped, grease drips down the little troughs and into the catch area then scrapped into the drawer. Flip them over for veggies and fish. So far so good. Very happy with it.
