May i ask if its better to get roof rail fitted as it might need to drill roof as well or simply we can get roof bars to clamped between the doors? Which option is better and reliable please? Thanks

Parang hindi ganun kasturdy, kasi walang solid base ung kinakapitan ng screw.. mejo delikado kapag loaded ang roof rack..

You need to at least use a rivnut & sealant.
Not a good solution, even if it can support the load, there will likely be corrosion and rust around the hole in the future.
