Mr Benjamin, You should have visited Himmachal Pradesh, at least one of four five circuits before heading toward level 2 warning Kashmir. Like Shimla circuit, Manali Circuit, Dharmshala Circuit, Chamba Circuit and finally Lahol Spiti circuit. Even Laddakh will be safer despite whatever US travel warning level.
