Ya it really made money this shop closed 3 months after he rehabed it an Richard lost the lawsuit he filed against the actual owner of the building for the equipment they tryed to take back. An the owners are no longer together so garage rehab is more like a big joke. Nice job Richard u lose again

Richard is no different than Gordon Ramsay, John Tapper, or any of the commercial rehab professionals. They've all had establishments end in failure down the road.
I don't really like Richard Rollins, just the way he comes off. But this kitchen nightmares style show kinda fits him ngl.
Since like Gordon Ramsay he has a reason to act how he acts since he's basically doing a car version of kitchen nightmares/hotel hell.
seems like he finds shops with owners too dumb to run a business and with crappy credit that there is no way they could get a conventional loan from a bank. Employees are full of ego and think they know it all and wonât take direction. Itâs a recipe for failure on the original owners part and a recipe for success for the Richard guy. Buying up business for pennies on the dollar bc these people should have never had a business to begin with.

This show is so fake, they show an electrical short at 3.54, it was a setup, anybody familiar with these hoist know that no wiring goes in the pinch point, just look at it for yourself, so stupid and fake, all for drama.
