- Our very own Coach Mason has some great competitive shooting drills to share with our #DrDishFam. The main focus with these drills is to challenge and push players outside of their comfort zone so they are ready to shoot under pressure during games!

⢠The goal for players is to make 21/27 shots.
⢠Players will shoot from 3 different spots: wing, top of the key, and opposite side wing.
⢠Players will have 3 rounds of 3 shots at each spot.
⢠Throughout this drill players will catch and shoot of the pass for the first shot, one dribble right pull up on the second shot, and one dribble left pull up on the third shot. This will be repeated at each spot.
đđ đđđŚđ
⢠This is a plus, minus shooting drill where on makes players will get a plus 1 to their score and minus 1 on misses.
⢠Players scores will be live once they make their first shot.
⢠The goal is to get a score of plus 11.
⢠Players will move from baseline to elbow until they get a score of plus 11.
⢠Next, players will shoot on the move from elbow to elbow until they get a score of plus 11.
⢠Finally, players will shoot on the move from opposite baseline to elbow.

⢠There will be two cones set up at the top of the 3-point line.
⢠There will be a player on defense and one on offense.
⢠The defender must stay stationary behind the two cones until the offender moves.
⢠If the defender moves before the offender crosses the 3-point line, offense gets a point.
⢠The player on offense can only shoot layups.
⢠This drill challenges the offender to finish against heavy pressure defense/contact.
⢠A variation of this drill would be to have the offenders only shoot jump shots.
These 3 drills challenge players and will prepare them physically and mentally to be ready to knock down shots under pressure during games when it matters the most!

1. +11 points shooting from elbow to elbow and zero to elbow... +1,-1
2. Foot on the line for defender, offense has limited space, defense can move once offense crosses defense at 3p line. Either complusory layup or complusory jumpshot
21/27
Make 9 shots from both wings and centre(9*3=27)
In those 9 shots 1 shot is right dribble pull up jumper, 2nd is normal pull up, 3rd is left pullup dribble
Aisa 3*3 =9
Nice video keep grinding!
New subscribers coach..we hope to learned more from you..thank you coach.
Awesome Video..
Is it bad if my ball does not spin it self when I shoot?
Most likely yeah, but if its comfortable and you hit consistently dont change
Not sure if u got it solved yet but mabey tru flicking more unless ur shots are perfectly one and ur hitting shots u should be good
Doing more pushing than flicking , its a shot not a throw , but if its not broke don't fix it
Thatâs a beautiful girl
Horrible JumpShot
Dont worry about your form as long it goes in
@@hardwork9159 it doesnt go in
