The UEFA Europa League is UEFA's second tier European club competition and was previously known as the UEFA Cup.
This cup won by Galatasaray is the first cup won by a Turkish team in UEFA tournaments and the only cup won by a Turkish team in the Europa League💛❤🦁🏆

The problem i have with this competition today, is that it was previously called "UEFA Cup" and it was much more competitive until the year 2000s where they introduced more teams, then they changed the name to "UEFA Europa League", which kinds of lets down the historical name of the tournament, but obviously they went for a "branding" of the competition, but the good thing is that they really gave it a good look and atmosphere with the colourful Logos and Intros (Orange, Yellow and Blue ones with the sky and European cities beyond) and an orchestral anthem, composed by Johann Zveig, which really represented European spirit.
So one could easily think that, much like the UEFA Champions League, it was all settled good as it was right? No.
They had to change that logo not once, but twice, with an horrendous gray and pitch black theme, and then they had to add another 3rd tier competition, which really confuses things up to the point it is ridiculous to really just understand what's going on in the group stages, the anthem and atmosphere is all blended and looks cheap and childish, the only thing that remains of the old value, is the trophy, still with the name "UEFA Cup" on it.
Still a continental trophy at least...
