Very nice house and I really love the fact that they have made use of the Jamaica sun by installing solar panels. A lot of the rooms however, are not well presented usually by a lot of oversized furniture and cluttered which akes the rooms seem smaller than they actually are. As you know its a bug bear of mine is when a property isn't well presented at their best for sale by the realtor as seems to be the case here....less is definitely more😊. Despite this, I do like the house but I'm not sure if it's worth what they are asking for it even though it's in a gated community.
@@PropertyCozy Oh I see. They are trying to cash on this. In this case, I don't think it's a very wise move. Doing things like that do have a tendency to backfire.
