Thanks for the comparison, here in Belgium i haven't received anything on the CB band so far (i have a MLA 30+ loop antenna and a telescopic 27mhz antenna) . But on the lower 40M and 20M bands with the modification i'm able to receive from all over europe. I guess the CB band is not so popular here.

did you install the special chip for hf?
No, just IJV firmware. No hardware changes yet.
spero tu stia usando un filtro per le HF, con antenne esterne e senza di quello una buona ricezione e' impossibile...
No filter. Thank you for the idea, I will try to build and add one. Also HF mod pcb ordered, I'm going to try it out soon.
