Dhruv gave me an overview of middleware when we accidentally bumped into each other at BLR airport, it was just a streak of coincidences (same flight, same row seats :-P). Middleware definitely solves a lot of problems discussed in this video, where it focuses more on team productivity increase rather than individuals. Great conversation :-) .
