The difference between real places and places from the PC game Kingdom Come: deliverance from the Warhorse studio. Rattay - Rattay on Sasau - Rataje nad Sázavou
All the villages and cities actually exist i live in czechias capital (Prague) and the “KCD map” is only 1 hour drive from me i was there to take a look at ratay and sassau and skalitz, uzitz, ledetschko you name it. And it was all a breathtaking experience there is actually a pupp on a pirkstein castle with local small brevery beer i need to visit once again and i strongly recomend to visit that area for KCD fans its awesome to see it in real life. (Sorry for my english)
@@r0bz0rly it feels? Its actually far 😄 tho i would love to visit your beautifull country one day as Well 🥰 and thanks you Gotta stop by one day not even the KCD area but Prague is also really nice
@@sedlcanskapapirna8983 haha you're right. It's bloody far! But still, yes I would love to see your amazing country, not just for KCD :) Please come see Australia someday! We may not have the incredible history that Czechia has but there's so much unique natural beauty here. Hopefully we can both make our journeys one day
Going there to sprint around, ask everyone how is life in rattay and what they think of cumans and from time to time say to myself that i'm starting to get hungry
The best part is that castles were very much "form from function". They were not really built for aesthetics (though of course there are some design choices driven by it as well), but the aesthetics came from being built to be as hard to invade as possible. They look awesome because of their funtion!
If I lived in any place where the game is set, I would have made money off Kingdom Come themes. Overnight stays, guided tours through the venues, hiking tours through the forest, medieval festival, etc The fans would come and it doesn't have to be all of them - 0.1% is enough to make a lot of money.
The castles in game look more accurate (or at least how you think a castle would look like) than what you would even see in real life though because a lot has changed over 700 years right? How accurate are the castles in kcd though how much has it changed and have there been any modern reconstructions done in that time?
Cool video, but seems that you wanted to to make fun of game, in real scenery in real life is very good quality, but in game it is like you run on potato, on 10 fps, on low resolution. I think if there whose no KINGDOM COME: DELIVERANCE no one even know what is Rattay.
@@mulletpower2009 It did, but its like that everywhere. Yet, Czechia and Poland (Malbork for example) are probably best places to visit if you want almost-not-changed castles and oldtowns.
Does Germany even exist to you? @@M36MY01BUGEYE Despite the combined efforts of allied nations to destroy german heritage sites and history they still have over 25.000 castles left making them #1 country in the world for medieval lovers.
I just played this game recently and it's crazy but it's so life like and believable that it's feels like you're really wandering in medieval bohemia.

I’m jealous ❤
I hope to visit your beautiful country someday. It feels so far away here in Australia.

My favorite game, I'm on my 3rd playthrough. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas. Much love from Portugal.
Try finish the game without killing anyone. 👍🏻
@@rustemakhmet7476 Yeah, I will have to do that for the Platinum.

I live in a country where the vast majority of stuff is new so this kind of thing is always interesting. Thanks!
? Do you live in america perhaps?
Maybe even Dubai @@evobsm2328
We need to build for aesthetic and longevity like our forefathers.

Meh, aesthetics mean nothing without utility.
that is wrog in so many levels, I can't even write them down @@LucasCarter2
Are we still permitted say we have forefathers?
That'd be nice, but such solid constructions are enormously expensive. It's quantity over quality and we have a lot of people to accomadate
I love this game and it was incredible to see the places today, hugs from Brasil
I so appreciate this content. Thanks for posting!
incroyable merci pour ce partage ❤
Toto mohlo byť tak krásne video, keby si tie zábery z hry nerobil mikrovlnkou :D reálny svet 2160p, z hry 360p :D škoda toho😊
Amazing!
Best game i have ever played. Love it
Show!!!

Chornobyl also attracts STALKER fans, if you really wanted to make it, you would move in 5-10 years and make it reality.
incredible!
Amazing
I wanna visit there
this is so fucking cool. thanks for the vid
There should be a tour package for this..
I was there this summer. There were some tours in Sassau, but they were all in Czech. Still, I really enjoyed exploring on my own
Awesome video man, how much did it cost the tour?
👌❤️

This sounds that game its fuckin masterpiece... 😮😮 ❤😊
3rd time playing it. I can't quit this shit.
Is this memory?
main difference is the framerate
100 fps vs 10 fps

The game not easy though
saw this comment is 1 year old but ill comment anyway lol: it becomes trivial when you learn to parry, but you prob know that by now.

Just my opinion, but modern architecture kinda ruined this beautiful historic landmark.
its from a game youknow
