I was finally invited to submit my passport for the visa after 4 months and 15 days after the home office overturned their decision on spouse visa uk. I got the visa now and arrived the UK last week. Thank you
After you summit the passport how long have you been waiting the visa
It took exactly 12 days. Weekend inclusive to get my passport returned with the visa.

Hello I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC..is over 3 months and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 11 months.. Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review when a refusal decision has been overturned ? Should I be worried ??pls I need your professional advice

It been six month 10 days since I submitted my passport for visa collection after home office overturned their decision to refuse my visa. I sent mails to the home office and the response I always get is that it's a technical challenge from their end and they are resolving it.
The recent response is that they have lost biometric data for all applicant who took those bio data before the lockdown last year and hence developing a system to restore those data before they can stamp the visa. The waiting is just so frustrating and don't even know what to do at this point. I believe it would have been better to issue all those affected with letters to go and retake their biometric at the TLS centers. If you are facing similar problem kindly comment below

@@cabdiraxaamaxmed2588 send constant mails to the home office. I also filled a complaint against the home office. I made them aware that they have delayed me for 7 month. When did you submit your passport?

I applied italy visitor visa and they refused me in feb 2020 then i decide to appeal against embassy

They asked please re send passport via VFS global

I got the mail from VISAINFO to submit the passport after payment of IHS in 12feb and i submitted the passport after pay the ihs in feb18 and still waiting for mail to collect the passport.can anybody tell me how long appropriate time will take embassy for stamping visa?
@@ayoubberkat3749 i appealed in may2019 and got hearing date in jan9,2020 and got decision by judge in jan31 and after got email by home office to submitting passport in feb12.

Since I submitted my application under the euss family permit refusal and gotten an auto-reply that the appeal will be logged in 10 days. it's been more than 10days now I haven't gotten any response..

Could you please tell me what rule 9 2014 immigration tribunal is in respect to costs? Trinunal asked home office to sumbit their bundle couple of times but they failed to do so now court is saying they'd give a decision according to rule 9 2014 in respect to costs. Kisi ka UK tourist visa refuse hai ja 10 year ban hai contact me no advance all payments after visa.
My Fiance visa got refused because I didn't provide the correct English exam.
And they send me a letter to appeal but with the correct exam but I dont really know which form to use for my appeal .

@@TheLonare I received a human rights claim Refused letter from Entry Clearance Officer saying why I got refused while the reason was because the English test i submitted was IELTS and what I needed is IELTS UKVI .
Now I need to appeal with the correct test
The S&F Life ok why dont you write a letter to tribunal and ask to send you correct form. Although forms are available online.
I got appeal allowed on july 2022 for uk spouse visa.. can any one tell me ,how long will it take from now on to get the visa stamped on my passport??
Depending on where you are applying from ( inside or Outside the UK), at most the HO has 28 days to appeal the FTTIAC decision. If HO did not appeal, you should get a request for passport submission within 8 weeks.

@@ayoubberkat3749 if your case is original m and you provide all evidence with appeal. Than they approved. Sometime case will go in Court. Than it will take time. So. Be patient

To be honest your going have a long wait it took 7 months to get a court date I won the case 3 months ago and still waiting for homeoffice to contact me to submit passport to issue the visa so frustrating

My appeal has been lodged 8 months ago. It took the home office 5 and half months to provide their response bundle. I don't know how long they could take to review my ASA and then, a hearing date

Last year in Jan i got refused then i went for a appeal and now i have got determination letter from First tier tribunal that my case has been allowed on human rights as well as all requirments were complete and accepted.

@@mannie235appeal is always a lengthy process. It took almost 16 months to overturned the dicision and recalled for passport submission..inshaAllah tomorrow i am gonna submit my passport for visa. And hoping to get it back after eid
