Okay this has gotta be my favourote song in this musical. And if not my favourite, it's definitely in my top 3
I just love the atmosphere of this song. I loved the scene in the novel and it is well adapted here. I can imagine Villefort's face from the instrumentals and the way he sings.

You can just hear the anger in his voice. Not only did he learn who his father was, but that he tried to kill him. So his rage is warranted
