I’ve been thinking about building my first pauper deck and this is by far the most helpful video I’ve found so far. Nice to get differing opinions on some of the cards too.
Hey guys, brilliant video. I've just discovered pauper and honestly thing its an even better format than EDH, it has helped reignite my appreciation for the commons now, as before I never saw them as anything but storage filler.
Other green good cards: - Lignify. It's green reprobation, but it's harder for them to get to die in combat. - Shower of Arrows. Fills a similar role as Oblivion Ring. There's a very large number of relevant targets with flying, including Peregrine Drake, Mirkwood Bats, Falkenrath Noble, Malcolm, and the Soratami. - Wickerbough Elder. Specifically in midrange and control decks that can afford to think about ramping. It's enchantment removal as an ability, so it's hard to counter, and it leaves a pretty sizeable body that can attack through Gretchen.
Hey guys. I played w you all at RIW. I was on Malcolm Kediss (I play mostly cedh and mostly Malcolm Kediss) I’m Lukah’s dad (the girl who was on Mayhem devil as her first edh deck) I was trying to find the common coneseurs and just kinda pop in and ask them “hey, have you guys figured out how strong dark ritual is yet or no?” I had a bit of an argument w them. Anyway. I know you two were already on board w dark ritual and agreed w me that the others must be high on drugs. So my question to you is; did the others figure it out yet or are their still two camps? Namaste homies 🖖
There are still different opinions forsure. We are on the side that rituals definitely fit certain game plans. It's a big negative saying some cards don't belong in certain lists.

Very much appreciated.
