I know I'm a year late but I just finished this build in my hardcore world and not only does it look awesome, it produces food efficiently enough to stay stocked for myself and also enough leftover to trade with villagers. Even placed a sign outside and named the build after you. Thank you for taking the time to post this!

You can add a couple of hanging pots with chains and create even more greeny environment

For those who want more room put the water under the where the planks are and put slabs over it. It gives the room a bit of volume and the plants won't break when you step off and maybe line up the planks with the pillars?

Absolutely AMAZING build, positively smashing. But I’m just wondering why you chose to plant a heap of ferns over some melons, and why there were no compostors. Aside from that though, I cannot find flaw in this video. This is probably the most beautiful greenhouse I have ever seen, and will definitely be attempting this sometime soon.

I used cherry would mine! I also put gates at the top and grow bandoo sugar Cane and wheat up there! I used the cherry blossom leaves for bushes.
The lanterns wouldn’t attach in the front so instead of to flat trap doors where the lanterns would go I put to pink slabs then attached the lanterns. Looks perfect.

use a chain, i did it and the result was even better.

I built it all on minecraft. Everything was kind of easy to get except the oak wood since i was living in a spruce wood forest. Since I couldn't add berries and fern in the farm. I just added more potato and carrots. I am glad I made this in my server because I have been wanting to make a farm for so long.

I travelled further than I thought I ever could or would to find an island riddled with them, me my boat and my horse crossed so many maps to get there and go so horribly lost. But I have a lot of saplings now so in like, 30 years I'll have a tree 😂
