    An amazing aircraft, the amazing foggy view outside these windows, amazing camera positions, and an awesome smooth landing that sounds amazing by these great pilots; I enjoy seeing it all. I enjoy listening to these pilots and seeing what goes on. I know it's foggy out, and you can't see far out, but I can still see grass, green trees, and lots of planes during the taxi. Awesome video; I love it.

    Very nice. Poor Airbus. They have an A380-900neo blueprint on the shelf that never came to fruition. That would have been very nice. A lengthen, stretched A380 with A320 styled winglets and larger more powerful engines...what a waste. So strange to see them in the deserts just sitting there. And how about that one that got stripped down to the bare bone!! Wow, only 10 years. Long live the A380!! Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!

    • @justplanes
      @justplanes  Před 2 lety +1

      True however most airlines can’t fill the 800 so not sure a 900 would have worked. Maybe a freighter version would have been good but again how many would they have sold compared to the cost of that program.

      @@justplanes Very true. And each one was around $450,000,000. The airlines that have them parked are most likely still paying on them all the while not turning any profits from them. That's too bad. Give them to me, I'll take them😃😃!!

    Wonder what all the A380 pilots are doing in the face of their plane being mothballed. Transferring to the A350 or A330 I guess. Must suck for them to see it go away. It’s hands down best flight experience from a customer perspective.

    • @justplanes
      @justplanes  Před 2 lety

    The Airbus products are controlled by stick the pilot and the copilot have one. So they move it right left upper forward takes a lot of dexterity and is controlled more by computers, we're at Boeing aircraft is controlled by a yoke like a car steering wheel where you push it in and out turn it right or left. So there's a big difference in landing and in my opinion it takes a lot more skill in Airbus I'm not a pilot I was in the Air Force reserves for 6 years and flew a lot, but originally Airbus had a lot of problems with the pilots learning the system. Her other pilots learning the system.

    • @justplanes
      @justplanes  Před 2 lety

      Probably a different skill. Something the pilots get used to. Some prefer Airbus. Some like the good old way at Boeing.

      I’m curious. What’s the issue with an older video? Nowhere on you tube does it say you’re only to post videos filmed that same day. We post new videos and we post videos from last year or 25 years ago. That’s what makes our channel interesting I believe. Also in case you didn’t notice but there’s a pandemic going on and filming new flights isn’t as easy as it was 🤷‍♂️
