The new Diluc Event confirmed that Kaeya doesn't have royal blood. And that Kaeya likes to play pirate that he didn't think it would end up as a wounded eye. It seems he got that when he fought with Diluc. 🙂

Well keaya was already confirmed not from khaenriah his ancestors are from khaenriah Keaya wasn't there when the war took place or he would've been cursed there's lots of things proven that he's not from khaenriah I think ppl are just overreacting and spreading false theory as true so keaya can get attention just like the anime community(this isn't referring to the video I'm referring to those who spread false news about keaya being from khaenriah when he literally ages normally however only his ancestors are)
@⋞𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐬⋟ Yes I'm aware of that but the theory was already rejected bc it was stated that keaya's ancestors are from khaenriah however he isn't at all he may look similar but that's bc of his ancestors plus keaya has no such knowledge about khaenriah and the Cataclysm happened 500 years ago and there's nothing about keaya being alive for 500 years or he would've already been caught however the chinese VA mentioned keaya has a big surprise which might be that he's part of the abyss but I wouldn't go as far and say he's from khaenriah

Well now after hidden strife event we learned that Kaeya is not of Royal Blood and he’s just covering his right eye with an eyepatch because of a scar he got during his fight with Diluc.
