I'm 14 years old an in 8th grade. I have been obsessed with nutrition for a few years. I've never had a lunchable, and I have never had anything artificial in my house my whole life. I know so much about being gluten free and vegan and I always buy and make gluten free things and I'd love to try to be vegan sometime (but it's hard when neither of your parents approve...). No one at schools understands why I eat the things I eat. But it's fine, I'll be the healthy one😉. I love your videos so much!
Alana I'm sorry to hear that your parents don't support you being vegan. Let them know that this is your choice and being vegan isn't a bad thing, it's a good thing. Also, make your meals are really simple, because they probably don't want to make difficult meal for one person. I hope this helps and if you ever need help, the vegan community is here to help you out. There are lots of VEGAN CZcams CHANNELS.
Gluten free is mostly beneficial for people with celiac disease. If you want to go vegan, try talking to your parents about incorporating like meatless mondays so everyone can have a chance at trying to give up dairy eggs and meat.

The one time my parents finally gave me a lunchable, I didn't like the ham from the ham and cheese so I threw it out... with my retainer in its case by accident. My dad had to come to the school and dig it out the garbage. He saw that I didn't eat the whole lunchable after begging for them to buy it for me. Needless to say I didn't ask for any special lunches again.
Thinking back I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they made my dad leave work in the middle of the day to dig my retainer out of the cafeteria garbage. I guess they didn't have warranties back then?!!
the cool thing about this is mix and matching!! all these little recipes in the actual bento boxes can be used and mixed around to create several unique styles so you never get sick of one lunch!! can’t wait to try these out

My husband was telling me that his parents always gave him lunchables as a kid (everyday), and I was SHOCKED and said that won't be happening with ours. Maybe these would work when the time comes to convince him the kid will have lunchables but the healthy way!
