Willie Mason is a former Kangaroo and NSW representative, is considered one of the most successful front rowers in NRL history. In 2004, he was a part of the famous 'Dogs of War' team that won the Grand Final, and he also received the Clive Churchill Medal during that match.
Justin Horo is a former NRL player who played 120 games for Parramatta and Manly from 2010 to 2015. In addition to playing in the UK Super League, he also represented the New Zealand Māori team.

Hey fellas, day 1er. Haven’t missed an EP 🔥 was at the Storm vs Sharks game on the weekend, kiwi lad now living in Melbourne. AAMI Park for one is crazy but I was super impressed with Hughes and especially Xavier Coates.
Before the game both were signing autographs and taking photos with fans, Coates would have stayed out on the sidelines for at least 15 minutes interacting with people, great to see players really make that effort with fans and something I haven’t seen to that degree before. Just wanted to shine some light on it because it caught me off guard with how welcoming and a good bloke he was! 👍🏼
Both didn't play the game just incase you didn't know maybe why it seemed they where mingling with fans more then they're team mates. They both just good dudes and still always do this regardless but just a reason as too why it was probably noticeable.

I wouldn't expect the same outcome with Kristian Woolf as the other coaches Bennett leaves behind who have no head coach experience. He won three straight Super League titles with St Helens before coming to the Dolphins. Plus he's Katoa's coach in the Tongan side, so I really expect things to continue to build at Dolphin Oval

How does Curran never get mentioned as a smokey for NSW? He had been one of the form forwards this season, can pretty much cover anywhere in the pack and is tough as nails. Built for Origin.
I agree he's very tough and very versatile but unfortunately he's not mastered any 1. There are better front rowers and there are better second rowers. Curran needs to pick 1 position and stick to it until he's the best in that position.

Cool thing about Cleary is he’s done it all. The kid could take a one year break from nrl, go hang with his gf, come back, and still dominate lol. Hopefully the hammy holds up but sometimes you need to have a rest with just rehab and nothing strenuous. Unfortunately for Tom, we have seen this a lot. My dudes needs a Lebron contract lol 2 games on, 2 games off 😂

How hard is it for a marquee/new player signing to gel with their new team ? Ie; RTS going to warriors, jack wighton at the bunnies, api when he first moved to the tigers, all the Penrith boys who left to join other clubs, Adam Reynolds to the broncos…. Us fans have a false perception that these gun players will make an impact from day dot but in reality it’s a hit and miss.
How long did it take yous to settle into your new teams and did it become easier to identify what you need to do, to “fit in” or see winning results…. Hope that makes sense.

I think the biggest problem for the tigers the last few 4 games is Staines and naden they are just costing them so much defensively and even just dropped balls and getting taken over the sideline

Hey boys, I have a question about leadership groups within teams. Andrew Webster has consistently mentioned that there is no formal leadership group in the Warriors. However, I wonder if during matches when things start slipping away, a strong group of vocal leaders at the top might be needed to step up and take control. Especially since Tohu tends to lead more through his actions. How have leadership teams impacted your performances in the past, either positively or negatively? L1 from Day 1 🙌🏼

Titans have always had talent coming through but seem to always struggle identifying who to keep and committing to the right players long term.

Rate Mase putting Katoni in at right centre. Had his chance in 2022 when his shoulder was falling off and deserves another crack. Defensively is solid as a rock, plays right centre in club land so not playing out of position and the Aus jumper at the end of 2023 will give him some confidence playing against and with the best.
His main problem is he goes missing too often. One game he will have a 10/10 performance then the next 5 games you'll hardly hear of him
I’m thinking Burton and chrichton should be NSW centres.
Not a massive fan of Burton at 6 but he gives you cover there and his torp is an extra weapon in the field. He’s a class centre.
Moses, if fit, and Nico - they’d work really well together I reckon. Luai is half the player without Cleary. I’ve No doubt he could get back to being a leader at the Tigers but he’s out of touch running the cutter. But he could be your 14 as he can cover the halves and hooker.

I think there should be a black and white rule where 3 repeat 6 agains inside a 10 = a penalty? Idk it just seems too much stress on the players, yes it’s their job but cmon, seeing a team get 5 repeat sets on an opponents try line is just damaging the players.

He didn’t seem to have any issues with Walsh turning down mammoth offers from NZ and the Dolphins to take $400k from Brisbane. Just not sure I’ve ever seen more hatred for a club by a media personality. I know Fletch thinks it’s a giggle
L1 from Day 1, first time commenter. Why doesn’t Sticky cop any heat in the media around his position and how the raiders are going? Arthur seems to cop heaps but has a similar record making finals. He’s 4/9 making the finals at Canberra and this year doesn’t look great either. He’s made 1 GF at Canberra and won 1 comp in 23 years with a team my Nan could have coached to a comp. He’s resigned until ‘29 but I don’t get it. Not a fan of either team so I’m happy to see them both average haha Love the show

on the back of the titans losing the burleigh bears to the broncos, their now two feeder clubs are the tweed seagulls who came 9th in the qld cup last year and are currently sitting 12th, and now they are using the ipswich jets as almost more of a station for their players which is a club that didn't win a single game in the qld cup last year and are sitting dead last currently. Im a big tits fan growing up on the goldy, and i feel desys dojo flowin through me veins, but sad thing is that none of the titans even in reserve grade know how it feels to win. If youre a tanah boyd as an example and get pushed back to reserve grade, its probably not easy for you to gain some confidence to come back because youre gonna get stationed at the ipswich jets who currently cant win either

My BIAS DOG of the week definitely goes to Corey Parker. Damn right he was on Latrell the whole game for no reason. He's definitely pushing an agenda for Fox League against Latrell. The bloke has 16 other team mates and majority of them were average or below yet Corey Parker hounded Latrell Mitchell for 70 minutes of the game until he scored that second try. No wonder the bloke was swearing at the media a few months ago look at how most of them bag the fuck out of him

NSW has it's chance to do to us QLD what we did to them in 2020. We are for the first time clear favourites as long as Harry Ben Daly Munster Carrigan and Walsh stay healthy and continue playing well. In 2020 we had to field players who where barely considered first graders just look up those 3 teams and some of QLD's players have not played in the NRL since 2021 2022 and we won 2 - 1. NSW should of pumped us 3 games straight but got beat by Qld cup sides with Munster carrying a state on his shoulders.
Who will save NSW? If 2020 didn't happen this series would be Boring as bat shit. But now we will get to see if the players actually care for the jersey like we do or NSW is a commercial run business therefore any human elements of the game where removed long ago. IMO Crighton Bizza Moses and then either Luai or Burton to play 6 are you're first four picked and probably you're only hope of getting the team up and making it competitive. Luai has played some of his best games when he was not with Clearly I would be tempted to go Luai and Burton unless Mitch is 100% healthy upon return.
