People don’t rate neymar as highly as they should. He is undoubtedly an all time great, the third best of his generation in my opinion. Put neymar in any other era and he’s definitely winning at least one ballon d’or. He’s overhated so people don’t realize just how good he is, still comfortably one of the best players in the world
