🅱️ FOR BENCIL ✏️
Destroyed me as well
hAHAH yeah B for draw, makes perfect sense
B is for Bleistift!
@@HerwardHoyer Thanks for that! 😀 Good work!
I laughed so hard and for so long, the way he says it, first my brain just accepted it, then did a re-wind and then all laughter broke loose
Ladies and gentleman we've got a marvel of education here. Wowsers!
For reeeeeeeeal … who in the ffffff is this actually for? Do we need content this desperately?
@@skbevila bro you know drum beats are mad hard for some people right?
@@skbevilaFor beginner independent producers like me.
Certifiable gigachad
@@skbevilauhh for me?? This is only vid i found online explaining WHY we put notes where they are
B for Bunderbelly as Bresident of Brums.
Very informative. I have studied music theory for years but still come away with something new I can apply. These lessons have actionable steps that a person can take and gives the reasoning behind it in a very clear and concise way so that the concepts can be applied to different situations. Great teaching and great video!
Yeah Underbelly is a deceptively great teacher. I've been using Ableton exclusively for over a decade, and almost every video of his I watch there's something I actually remember after watching. Like simple shit that I have heard people tell me to use 1000x that for whatever reason just never stuck in my head. For example the duplicate button. Yeah idk why but I never used it. I've been duplicating and consolidating clips for over a decade, but this dude is the one who makes this stick in my brain. Why? Absolutely no clue... Maybe it's because making people feel stupid for not knowing things is a better way to get them to remember things than explaining why it's useful... Regardless, this channel is more useful to me than pretty much any other production channel. With the sole exception of Kush After Hours with UBK. Something about that dudes calm, soft spoken demeanor lends itself well to teaching, and he's also a world class engineer/hardware designer. For real though this channel is the best thing I've come across, especially for basic concepts that are consistently skimmed over by even some of the best PAID production/songwriting classes, courses and videos.
It’s something a lot of people who teach things don’t understand; you need to be able to apply the logic to other scenarios. Most people say stuff like ‘okay so use this exact plugin, moves these knobs this way no you’ll get this exact sound’ but don’t really go into why or how that works.
This guy is the Bob Ross of production. Also the Bob Ross of being romantically involved with my mom.
Hello, i'm Bob Ross, how are things dear?
youre an insanely cool human being
Perfect timing I was just making some shitty drums
Finally… im tired of going to tutorials that dont explain WHY we place the notes where we do. This helps a lot. Thank you man. Great stuff
This is the most useful tutorial to beat making I've seen and my ability to make beats has improved more in the last week after watching this than the last year since I've started making music. Thank you Bob Ross of music production.
Newest discovery and this is pure musical / comedic gold. So much attention to detail and value. WOWZERS! I’ve never laughed so much whilst learning to program drums. No more lofi boys

Wowsers
That reggae producer is waaaaayyyyyy under rated
bro i'm straight, but i love you
Another top teir tutorial! I'm new to ableton from reaper, could you please explain the session vs arrangement view and how they interact? Like with different clips, tranferring them without overwriting whats already in your arrangement....just can't wrap my head around it and i cant find a straight forward video or answers from googling myself anywhere. Your knowledge is invaluable, keep up the good work!
I'm not trying to be "that guy" but have you read the manual? Often times I end up in same situation, looking around in various internet resources and not finding an answer, but then I look in the manual and it's been there the whole time.
Is the situation that your talking about that you've created something in session view and you want to transfer it to arrangement view but you already have things recorded in arrangement view?
Try watching this underbelly tutorial: czcams.com/video/1aIOxEcxT7I/video.html
@@lordlemmingman i have not read the manual no...lol probably should start there. Yes thats exactly my situation! Am i doing it wrong?
@@10cccordrazine36 That was one of the best tutorials for me, your work flow just gets better using that
@@10cccordrazine36 thanks man did help a little yes!
Love you bro hahaa
As a Lofi producer, I feel low-key embarrassed.
Don't reveal our 8bars loop secret sauce!
Don't worry, it isn't a secret.
lol. The sky is blue.
"b for bencil" is possibly the most hilarious thing i've heard this year
The joke about Low-Fi was pretty nice))))
You are now my teacher.. Sensi or something
