#39 Wrong! it was China! 98/100, including #39! Bonus: Beijing. Great quiz!
#48 In which event did Usain Bolt set the world record..." But all of the options are for the record itself. Beijing is the capital of China. I missed 14, so I got 86, and in 17 days I will be 89 years old.
73/100 Beijing really fun
Capital of China is Beijing...my score today...100/100
i scored 73
73/100 bonus question is Beijing is China's capital. Thank you so much for a wonderful quiz.
Pekin
i got 65 correct
,,92 out of ,, ok 100
I scored 84/100 and Beijing is China's capital. I'm a Gen y and unlike these Gen z I love reading, testing myself mentally ( So thanks for this! ) and have just started to learn French after leaving a British Comprehensive in 1986.
You should read the quatrains of Nostrodamus in french. They are easy to figure out and it helped me to learn french in a most interesting way.
98% for someone that suffers from aphasia after 12 CVA's. Turning 62 in three weeks. 😊
I scored 78
Bejing, I missed about 15, the math ones were hard for me.
Great score!
I'm ashamed to admit that I only got 63 right. The answer to bonus question is China. But thank you for a great quiz with a good variety of questions. I am 75.
Great job 👏🏻
I got a 96 plus the bonus question. I also disagree and claim that the Amazon is the longest river in the world!!!
I got 89, Beijing
93/100 and of course Beijing.
81/100 Beijing
enjoyed it and forgot to count some answers a few times but i got around 84
Scored 81/100, Got Beijing. I probably got ten answers right by guessing.
Sushi is founded by the Chinese but now more popular in Japanese cuisine
If that is true, then my answer is right.
93 of the 100 at 2x speed. Beijing.
90+ bonus., thanks to a few lucky guesses.
52 + bonus, but i didn't guess.
To make things fair, they measured the Nile by the same standard, selecting its longest path to the mouth. In the final count, the Amazon came out on top, narrowly: 4,344 miles to 4,257. Headlines declared the Amazon the longest river the world.12 jun 2023
Then my answer is right
I got a 94, but there are some issues. First, the "what is a small computer" question could either be a tablet or laptop; second, sulfur dioxide is also a lung irritant, and third, the question about Usain Bolt which asked about his winning "event" should have been "the 100 meter dash." Instead, you put up his actual time, which was weird. And, as indicated below, it is somewhat of a tossup as to whether the Nile or the Amazon is the longest, depending on definition. Oh, and "the first planet" in the solar system traditionally starts with the one closest in to the sun, but strictly, it could start with Neptune and proceed to Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter, Mars, Earth, Venus and Mercury as last (assuming you accept the recent demotion of Pluto as a planet).
I scored 71 out of 100, which I refuse to feel bad about, and Beijing is the capital of China.
Well done 👍🏻
Managed to answer 90, and Beijing, not quite 70, but I'm on the edge 😄
92 and Beijing
I got 90/100. I surprised myself.
95 beijing
74/100 and Beijing. and YES, I'm 70.
94 and Beijing, age 63.... I'll come back when I'm 70 and get 100..lol
Question 7.
Anubis is considered to have the head of an Egyptian jackal, but the Egyptian jackal is actually a wolf.
Beijing is China's capital. I scored 91 out of 100 - pretty good for my old age.
Bejing
96 of 100 correct - Bejing
score 79, age 71. If the average score is 40 out of 100, (or 20 out of 50 on other tests) I'm satisfied!
Well done 👍🏻

Chase
87/100. Beijing.
WW2 officially ended in 1946 on board USS Missouri. We toured this ship at Pearl Harbor and viewed the location where Japan signed the surrender. The individual Japanese soldier did not have any representation of the Japanese government. One person does not constitute a national entity.

Grant Wood's portrait was of a stoic Iowa farmer and his wife, not his daughter. We have visited Grant's hometown in Eastern Iowa where a plaque says the woman in the portrait is the farmer's wife.
90/100 - Beijing
Grant Wood's sister insisted that the painting depicts the farmer's daughter, disliking suggestions it was the farmer's wife
Score 87, but got 4 wrong in a row somewhere in the 90's.
I am 75 yo in Luxembourg and scorred 99/100 . So what ? Some of the questions were not especially demanding

Started out good but who do you you consider elderly? And some of the answers came so quick we didn’t have time to think about the answers. There were a lot of questions “elderly” people wouldn’t know so don’t know that this was titled properly. And I do a lot of trivia and brain exercises and just turned 65.
I am 77 and my wife is 81, our score was 93, 92 for the quiz and 1 for Beijing
Well you can pause it you know, i think he's damn rude the elderly???
I think I have no idea...
95 + beijing
101
I got 87 but there were 5 I didn't know because I'm not American (9, 13, 18, 46 and 76), and 49 was just garbled nonsense.
That little black number gets me every time. 🥵

Green isn't a primary color

Your third question is debatable and very disputable, especially considering there are people in this world that don't consume carbohydrates at all. We don't require them.
A sustained diet with utterly no carbohydrates is not possible for humans. The two humans who tried this are both dead.
Sorry, I couldn't resist😅
@@WeeWyllie You need help. Ever heard of me. Antoinette Parry. Thirty-two years carnivore.
Ever heard of the thousands of Inuit in the north of the world that live on the ice. They can't grow vegetables up there. WAKE UP.
@toni4729 Needs help? One of us apparently does. I am well aware of the inuit. We have apparently come off the communication rails somewhere. Good luck.🤫
@@WeeWyllie You need to be educated about nutrition. Where did we come off the rails? You're the one saying you can't live on animal products.
@toni4729 Stop the nonsense! Even the Inuit consume some carbohydrates. The meat and fish they eat contain carbohydrates - admittedly not much. They also eat seaweed, plants and berries, and roots when available during the summer. I was taking "no carbohdrates" literally. I have friends who claim to eat no sugar ... need I expound?
And incidentally, because the Inuit often eat their meat rare, they gain some nutritional advantage (example, vitamin C intake). But you know all that better than I. 😉
Bejim
Question 48 asks in which EVENT, not what was the record.
92 out of 100👍. What was the question again🤣
Question 48 asks for the name of the event not the time .
Correction on Question 7: Anubis was not a god, but a psychopomp; and it is now generally accepted that his head was that of an Ethiopian wolf, not a jackal.
Beijing and I think I got 12 wrong.... and LOL I am 58
Beijin
I got 65 right. But I'm not 70.
I thinki deserve a C 😂
Missed 12 - does that mean I'm elderly or not??🤕🖖
That means you scored great 👍🏻
Too many filler questions unfortunately. Versace's design house , for example.
Good quiz...but most questions are definitely NOT "trivia"...please look up the definition of "trivia". Thanks.
THERE IS NO RIGHT ANSWER IN QUESTION 48 BECAUSE IT ASKS THE EVENT NOT THE TIME.
90 in spite of the popular culture questions thatI hate. Beijing

Mercury is closest to sun SOMETIMES.
You're thinking of Pluto with respect to Neptune as in furthest from the Sun.
Japan did not surrender until 1946 ending WWII. Germany surrendered in 1945 to end the war in Europe.
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Japan’s surrender brought an end to World War II on September 2, 1945
The last Japanese surrender during the WWII is Hiroo Onoda on March 9th 1974.
