I love these videos! My friend was once fat shamed at the store. Someone yelled "GO TO THE GYM AND MAYBE YOU WILL LOOK BETTER!" She was really upset but i made her feel better. We need more good people in this world.

It's not about calories it's about eating the right food to lose weight
I have to be honest, I have mixed feelings about the buffet story. Its moral is fantastic, to not judge others and to treat others how you want to be treated, but I feel like it gives a bad stigma to people who go through weight loss surgery. My mum had a gastric sleeve done where she spent 12 months before the procedure with a pre-op diet and the psychology work needed for such a serious surgery before she spent the next 12 months after the surgery literally losing half of her body weight. She looks and feels so incredible now and I can't be any prouder of all the work she did to get to this point.
I do absolutely see where Miss Jackie is coming from and I'm completely on her side, but I feel like there needs to be a middle ground here. That's all I wanted to say, I otherwise love Mr. Mann's videos and the morals he teaches us with them!!

Emma needs something in her stomach. A Yogurt is very very healthy. A Banana is 105 calories and a Yogurt is 100 calories With 140 calories per serving, this low fat yogurt cup delivers the smooth, creamy and perfectly sweet flavor of strawberry in every delicious spoonful.and the others girls are eating snacks so why can't Emma eat a snacks. Emma is only gained 3 pounds. Like a least Emma is trying. Also her doctors recommended this for her. Why would the coach say you might as well eat a pint of Ice Cream. Why would the coach make Emma run laps. If i was Emma and the girls over heard the conversation i will be like Okay Emma you don't have to run by your self the whole team is going to run with you before and after practice each day. I wonder if the coach is coming to their houses or even tracking them telling them what not to eat. Now 700 pounds is very bad. Emma is not fat at all. Emma is slim.
