I don't care if all this comes out to be completely wrong. This was very well thought out and has strong compelling story elements. I'd be happy for a few of these, especially the last. I'm satisfied to even having this opportunity to tease some of these ideas and think about how they work so well narratively.

I truly love the idea of S-Croc with Iva's Hormone Fruit. As much as a silly fruit as it is, and it is hilarious, it's also extremely powerful. Those Death Blinks are no joke and few Fruits can incapacitate enemies like this one.
S-Croc vs Sanji with this would also be thematically gorgeous. Plus it would be a fun nod to all of those years of fan speculation without going as far as to confirm the Crocomom theory.
You think death blink is a product of ivankov's DF? I thought it was the kamabakka karate thing but I could be wrong
@@joshizfly Maybe. Ivankov's Head enlarging hormones do play a role in it. But the move itself might be part of the Okama Kempo. So I'm not sure.

The only problem with s-croc having the hormone fruit is that ivankov was reportedly dead for assumedly like 5-6 years before his escape. So unless vp has been planing this for a long time I don’t think he would have his lineage factor
It's possible, since king was like 15 or something when he was captured and like 20 years later we get the seraphim made from his bloodline, so unless they captured even more lunarians they had it planned a while.
Another possibility is Prince Grus's Gunyo Gunyo no Mi. There's a chance that the Clay Fruit is a Logia, but since it hasn't been confirmed as one, it could also be a Paramecia. If it were a Paramecia, then it would be darn close to what the Sand Fruit already is.

I like the idea of S-Croc having the Rust fruit and using it to replicate his ground death technique. It would be an excuse to better showcase a fruit that we barely saw.
Also, can we appreciate how pretty S-Croc's design is. Aesthetically, he has the best look out of all Seraphims.
Personally, I am leaning toward the idea of S-Croc having Trebol's sticky-sticky fruit. Having Trebol's fruit will establish S-Croc as not only the polar opposite, but as a 'direct' counter to the original Crocodile as well. The inversion being that Crocodile is the embodiment of dryness whereas S-Croc embodies moisture (or something within those lines).

The narrative implications of S-croc having the Horu Horu no Mi goes way harder and deeper than I would have thought. Now I'll be straight up disappointed if this doesn't happen .

It has to be a Paramecia that fits his theme of controlling sand, as well as a past prisoner of Impel Down since it seems to be the easiest places to gather DNA from powerful pirates.

Another honorable mention is the fuwa fuwa no mi(the float float fruit), mainly as a reference to peter pan(which i can see oda doing) it may be unlikely tho since shiki escaped impel down decades ago but i dont think that'll stop oda from making his references or he'll use it as a way to weave shiki into the main story

I've long thought there actually isn't any bad blood between Crocodile and Robin. Why would there be? Robin was just as willing to betray him,they were using each other and both are incredibly rational/pragmatic people. I think both of them are well beyond it. So I don't see S-Croc fighting Robin. Robin vs S-Flamingo is a more interesting idea to me. Control vs Someone who can make an endless amount of things to control.

Sure, but they were Pirates and to me its heavily implied Robin has killed to survive too. I don't think that's all that personal to her. She wouldn't feel the same way about Crocodile as she does Rob Lucci imo, and Lucci didn't literally almost gut her. Hell she almost certainly hates all of CP9 more than Crocodile. And she knows Crocodile went out of his way to save Luffy at Marineford.

Chances are Robin gonna fight S-Snake cause Nami won't. And also it fits Robin characters since she's well trained assassin and tend to be infatuated with the weirdest thing only. She's a perfect counter to snake.
@@zackfross98 while I could see this, I honestly don't like the idea of matching up Seraphim to Strawhats at all. I don't think that's a set of 1-on-1 matchups that's ever gonna happen. I don't think that's the role the Seraphim are gonna play.
I'd personally prefer the wax-wax fruit for S-Croc. Second would be hormone-hormone.
I don't want him to have poison-poison df. It's better if it's just kept as a signature for Magellan.

I really think S-Croco will have Mr.3 wax-wax fruit for 3 different reasons:
- Crocodile doesn't really like or respect Mr.3, he is the one member of Baroque work that Crocodile straight up tried to kill, so it would be ironic for him to have Mr.3's powers.
- The Wax-Wax fruit has the polar opposite weakness of the Sand-Sand fruit. It's weak to fire, while the sand fruit is weak to water.
- The S-Croco with the Wax-Wax fruit can replicate a lot of Crocodile original moves, like Desert Spada can be similarly recreated with wax, instead of sand blades is wax blades, or Desert Girasole with is supposed to burie and suffocated the enemy with sand can be similar done with wax. Also, he can create some unique moves like a giant crocodile/alligator of wax.

magellans fruit makes the most sense for croc hands down. it covers his entire fighting style, from the logia style constructs that you cant touch to the poison hook he used on alabsta. plus its a fruit we never got to see defeated so thats what im hoping for
I think S-Croc has the rust fruit. The user is a marine who would gladly give up their blood to help the cause, and the rust fruit can decay items, similar to like how S-Croc can dehydrate and decay flowers in Alabasta.
The rust fruit should only work on metals... we already have an actual decay fruit, Shinobu's

Narratively 1 makes sense, but Magellan’s fruit was so devastating, it definitely deserves a comeback.
I sooooo hope the Crocodile being born a woman thing is true, it would be like, the most exciting twist ever for me. Btw, you mention that the clone was created while Crocodile was a man, so the clone would be male, but I think it should be noted that Ivankov's fruit has Hormone-based abilities; it's the horm-horm fruit after all. So the changes made using that fruit would affect a person's hormones, fat distribution, body shape, face shape, muscle mass, height, and capacity for emotion, but I would not expect them to affect a person's DNA, just as HRT doesn't affect a trans person's DNA irl.
So in short, if Crocodile was born female, then the Croc seraphim outta also be born female.
Anyway, love all these ideas, so much fun! The idea about him turning Sanji female is blowing my mind with the character development possibilities rn honestly lol.

Vegapunk made the Seraphim, but he's also directly responsible for Lassoo and Funkfreed. Caesar Clown used the same technique to create Smiley, who is effectively a logia type.
What if Vegapunk just did it long way around? What if he made S-Croc into the Hito Hito no Mi model Seraphim S-Croc and fed that fruit to a giant pile of sand.
We are forget that not only is this possible in the series, but the very person who made the Seraphim is the reason it's possible in the series. He can still have crocodiles powers; it would just be in a much different way.

Regarding the mentions of Sanji vs Crocodile in this video, I think the most likely time for a fight against Cross Guild is actually after Blackbeard. Luffy’s unconscious, likely for a week or more, and Cross Guild comes in to claim the prize while the other competitors have worn each other down. The crew has to step up to protect Luffy, in particular Zoro has to fight and defeat Mihawk not just for his own dream, but for the duty to protect his captain which he places above said dream. Sanji vs Crocodile feels like the natural other part of that battle, with Crocodile finally finding out who Mr Prince was (I can see Sanji opening with “Hello, this is the shitty restaurant”).

Bara bara no mi can possibly be extracted during Marineford or during Buggy's time as a Shichibukai though. I'm not gonna fully eliminated the idea since people do be see him as more of a threat post-marineford that they made him a shichibukai. And simnce he's incompetent, they could have easily stole his dna at any moment while his service. It also thematically ironic cause Croc technically served under him and if his clone ended up got his power, that would add a layer of insult to his already damaged ego with what Buggy did. Not to mention the untapped potential of Buggy's fruit being the literal anti thesis to Luffy's fruit as one is completely immune to slice and the other to sliced damages. If it were to be given to someone as smart as Crocodile, that fruit might be OP.

My brain came up with Wapol's fruits. Wapol was around for the Reverie before the last one and they probably could have gotten them during that time. I suspected that the fruits are in line with each respective animal, 2 they are fruits we are already aware of, 3 they are paramecias. So I thought that something fitting for a crocodile would be a strong bite like Wapol. Also falling in line with Wapol being more relevant now as of S Crocodile's reveal and Crocodile also being a sort of self-made greedy king.

Liked the vid one thing, I believe Gladius devil fruit pop pop only works on inorganic substances as long as robin has no bracelets on she should be able to hit him no problem.
I've been 100% on the Venom fruit train since it was revealed that Vegapunk couldn't copy logias. I think it would be the most on point to match Crocodile's abilities. Glad to see you're on the same wavelength with me Randy.
I don't personally believe the Hormone fruit would work on Crocoboy because ideally they want these Seraphim to fight like the original, that's why they try to either give them their original fruit or something that would amplify their existing fighting style in the case of Mihawk and Jinbe.

Going to go with the Float Float fruit for S-croc. Such a cool fruit for it not to be used anymore, and it would allow him to keep using long range attacks. Having him appear using it right after a Rocks flashback would make it even more fun.

I think it could be possible that crocodile has a paramecia version of the suna suna no mi. All the powers from crocodile's regular fruit but can't actually turn themselves into sand. Similar to how the seraphim have access to Kizaru's laser.
Damn, I thought I was the only one betting on S-Croc having Ivankov's DF. S-Croc is highly androgynous looking and I think there is going to be something behind that story-wise. S-Croc vs Crocodile having the Hormone-Hormone Fruit will be very interesting and a great way for Oda to explore the idea.
Croc with buggy fruit would be so sick. Oda would have an opportunity to show us some of the true potential of that fruit, cuz we all know it's way too powerful a fruit for buggy. Dont get me wrong, buggy is the goat and i love him, but I'd love to see bara bara in competent hands

Why would croc not have the suna suna? VP can’t duplicate logia, like recreate them as he would a Zoan. But he can copy them via the Green Blood some way he copies a paramecia
The best alternative to a logia is the mochi-mochi no mi. Good luck getting Katakuri's DNA though.

Do you know what is wild? The same devil fruit ability cannot be possessed by two people at the same time but now (and since monosuke and the failed smiles) this rule is really watered down with the seraphim. Maybe it is not since the seraphim are clones and thus are the same person they are cloned from excluding S-Hawk, S-Croc and S-Shark. I always liked the idea that the ability of the mera mera no mi only exists with one person at a time, but now we can have multiple nika's, multiple big mom's etc (the limiting factor is cost and vegapunk so far can only do it properly) but theoretically it is possible.
