I´m Spanish. In my country, avoiding taxes is seen highly inethical. Even if is doing legaly. Especially, for people on the left side. That´s why the goverment back then (left side) was trying to show that independent politicians has money in Andorra. But, framing the bank, I think is too much. They didn´t need to go so far. They just wanted to make a smere campaign against catalan politicians. Which is already so mean.
