Paper leaked on may 3rd from jharkhand to Bihar is found. It is ok.
What about jharkhand to other states? How we conclude only leaked to Bihar.
The paper was leaked by big forgery gang. They may have network in all states. This is the reason ranking was increased to double/triple in almost all states. Hope the Apex court may ask all the queries and may order for re-neet i think.

The Grace marks itself is an organised crime. They would have advised select people to go to court (as they would have pre-determined to give grace marks).
Grace marks (organised crime) scam would have definitely happened in the previous years too. This year, they got caught.
1563 itself may not be the right figure.
In an exam, where a single mark decides ranks of so many students, grace marks upto 75 to 85 have been awarded, idiocy at the highest level !
