The CEO will never know you personally, he will never even know that you are hired, that you are there in the company. If you are or get in, in a company depends much on the HR. Just like Wendy said, in the real world he would get fired for misrepresenting the company and displaying behavior that doesn't align with the company's standards of its employees. Sounds familiar with all the online exposure some people abuse to get people fired.
While I understand that college isn’t for everyone. They should at the very least…..commit to a high school diploma. But I also realize that life happens. Parents/family members get sick causing teens to drop out to take care of them and get jobs at a young age. In those situations, I agree that they shouldn’t be judged.
