As I approach my 70th birthday-yes I still do the yard work on my 1/4 acre property in FL, I wish people would just ring their neighbor’s bell and find out what the problem may be-and HOPEFULLY helping said neighbor before complaining!!!!! Your heart is GOLD for being ready, willing and most of all ABLE to help your fellow man!!!!!!
I was really hoping you wouldn’t have to contend with the heat and lack of rain that we are experiencing in St. Louis, but judging from the dust clouds, it looks as if you got this heat cycle too. Great job on the yard.
Fabulous work. I hope folks out here get that there is only so much an initial transformation can do. This one pushed the envelope.... hard. Kudos for a heroic effort. I hope the owner appreciates having dodged a very expensive bullet.

Thanks for keeping an eye out and noting a deteriorating yard and then a violation notice. Thanks to the guy who spent his Saturday helping work with you. Appreciate you raised the trees in back. Not only does it brighten a yard but it sure saves the risk of imbalance or being poked while mowing or other work. Due to the growth level, the home owners haven't been able to keep up for a while. The reinstatement of the yard, walks, door access, patio, property fences, etc. were all good and added function, space and the removal of pest areas. Very nice for the neighborhood as well.

You are doing an excellent job I am 71 years old and I am a disabled veteran 100% disabled. I still mowing my own lawn it gets to me when I have to trim the fence line and around my house, I have an old Troy built tractor and I have an acre of land that is the front and back yard. I have trying to find a dealer that may have a use mower that is cheap for me because I don't make a lot of money and the dealers specially Toro they not worth a dam I even got a hold of the main office in Minassota I explained to them what I need it is like pass off that is the feeling I got from them. I have to do it because where I live here in Florida the guys that are around here that cut grass they want so much money and what they want that would be a payment on a new mower it is crazy here well you are a great landscaper keep up the good work.

The cut end of branches should alway face forward to reduce wind resistance and prevent you from loosing the whole load on the road.
They pull off 100% better being faced towards the back. And we strapped it down good.

You and your helper worked your magic and did a very nice professional job of cleaning up some overgrowth and cutting the lawn. It is sad to think of the back story when you see houses that are abandoned or have seniors or people that cannot keep up their yards and the best the local government can do is fine them. WOW, some of those homes you mow show serious signs of much needed repair and paint. Sad they will probably not receive either and deteriorate into places that will most likely be torn down in some years... But you did mow the yard and helped some of them all the same... Thumbs Up!

I watch several lawn carers in USA, UK. NZ and of course here in Australia. What amazes me is the number of abandoned, derelict ppty s in your country. With rental housing in demand, would it kill the owners to lease out, otherwise you will get squatters. I live in the USA and I wonder the same thing. If you don't want it sell it to someone who does. Or rent it to someone. Houses are to expensive to let sit there and rot away.

CHICAGO, IL - commented in the following weeks video that I usually watch the large-crew, multi acre jobs. It appears that crews have to work fast and organized to get multiple jobs done in a day. Don’t need methodical task workers, who take too much time trying to get things perfect. It has to be a tackle and conquer approach. I noticed that style in this video when you weed trimmed. Although It was fast moving, it looked great finished-didn’t waste time on perfection. This isn’t a criticism but my observation, only.
Dear u need to protect ur body bcuz GOD gave it 2 us so therefore we gotta protect it from the dust nd grass so we gotta wear face mask 4 that, we gotta wear gloves to protect our hands from what we pick up nd long sleeves nd long pants to protect arms nd legs.
