Trick To Find Paramagnetic and Diamagnetic species

In this video I shared trick to find Paramagnetic and Diamagnetic species.

Odd electron species is paramagnetic....so o2- which has 17 electrons is paramagnetic but u wrote it as dia ....kindly correct it... it.....

Correct Answer is Option (a)
Here,
O2^(2-) = 8+8+2= 18
Which is even number
So, it is diamagnetic
The other options,
O2^(+)= 8+8-1= 15
Odd number
So, Paramag.
O2= 8+8= 16
Even though it is an even number
But, it is an exception
So it is paramag.
NO= 7+8= 15
So it is also Paramag.
