As a screenshotter, 3 second scenes consist of multiple 0.1 second long pictures that make it look like animation 😶 took me a month and a half to make a 38 second video that was partly just black screen and text, my motivation was on and off (one of the reasons why it took me a month and a half, along with school) but since it was gl2 i had to animate like every body part with each screen shot so it would look smooth. I did reuse some animated parts since it had repeated parts (i used choice as the song) but still :3

As the animator of a upcoming stick figures show called the emotions show rebooted, i can tell gacha animators have immense pain just like me, since i have no breaks and no freedom.
I rarely ever tween, and if I do, it is only one or two body parts. My screenshots take an hour or more to be done with an entire scene because I lip sync the entire thing, then editing and making the thumbnail takes a bit as well. I mostly do gacha skits, so that's probably why.

I am a gacha screenshotter and this is pretty relatable 😂 But hey, at the end of taking all the screenshots and video making, you will feel proud of making that video because you know all that effort was worth it 😊
I gotta say when I tried tweening for the first time, I failed so badly the legs are so big you could mistake it as 2 hotairbaloons. And I personally think the screenshotter is easier and more fun to work with. The pain I got from doing the tween is like 100% worse than the screenshots. Whoever does the animator stuff, you got my respect as hell ( I'm a gacha screenshotter btw)
Now you can do both as a screenshotted but slightly easier than regular animating on gl2 where you have to edit the character poses if you altered the characters height & stuff. I love it so much tho
I’m that one person who uses all types of media! (screenshots, art animations, animators) I have to say in general! Art/animators do have slight harder time getting that perfect look! I RARELY ANIMATE but I do tend to redraw parts or rig parts several times to get that natural look (make it look like it’s made by a human)! But screen shots do take very long alone! especially when doing poses in gl2! It’s a pain-

I think the name for gacha animators should be for the gacha screenshotter because they do everything frame by frame (that's how it works) The other one tweens, so they should be called gacha tweeners This is just my opinion though
Now a gacha animator, i was before a screenshotter and honestly, i enjoy this so much more. I love to make the movements look super smooth and enjoy the process of animating too, not just seeing the final result :3 And the best part, i can use custom, self-drawn models now which i love making and using :D
