Bcoz in building tmt is one thing which can't b changed..soo use atleast well-known brands 3) 2 coat putty is mandate to achieve straightness in plaster , and remove irregularities and after painting it looks pristine. Cost cutting 1) choose tile flooring in place of granite, which reduces half d cost 2) don't go for posh bathroom fittings , 3) Don't put tiles / granite for staircases 4) dont hv wall cladding etc 5) make construction without chajja etc bcoz it disturbs wen we make wardrobes
