Couldn't get it to connect to app . Aftet it pairs to phone it will say pairing failed but then it actually does pair and connects , i can listen to music but the app wont recognize it.
Definitely manufacture issue . My right ear side doesn't turn on. I ordered galaxy buds plus on the same day and had no issue at all turning them on and pairing them but these? Nope always gotta be some issue somewhere right . Charging ridiculous prices and giving us shit that won't even turn on. Smh
I had the exact same issue at first...Here's what you do. 1. Download and install "Sennheiser Smart Control app 2. Run the setup wizard 3. Download update 4. Pair with app 5. THEN run bluetooth setup on your phone (After pressing both earbuds for 3 seconds 6. Should start working like a charm

@@sunset6958 I contacted the customer service and they immediately replace it for me with a brand new one and it’s working properly 👍🏾
Just got mine in exactly tge same problem the left one just doesnt want to turn on after charging it not at all how is that possible

And if you try to connect your 300$ headphones wia App - you're fucked. Cause Smart Control app doesn't work with them.
