About the Show

Denise is an actor. They are always in sweats during their down time because they wear so many costumes and so much makeup.

I love how unpretentious and real she is. It's so refreshing, and it also says a lot about how confident and comfortable she in her own skin. The more you need to dress up to feel good about yourself, the more you need validation from others, because few would do it if there weren't someone else out there to impress. So, when they judge her for how she chooses to dress, it's always a type of projection of how uncomfortable they really are with themselves. The fear of getting judged in the same way if they did NOT dress up.
That's not necessarily true. You can be confident in your own skin and want to dress up and be over the top. There are many artistic people who create over the top things and looks because it is a way to express their vision.
I actually love that she's not pretentious with the over the top outfits for every occasion like the other ladies are. She dresses more sensibly and more casual and seems so much more down to earth than everyone else
