It's funny this doll without the glasses she looks like a funky teen ganging out with her friends. With the glasses she looks like a hip teacher taking her students on a class trip to Disneyland. lol

Am so happy you started with this doll!! She is my fav from this wave, I got her because I loved her jewelry and I loved her dress!! Her hair feels alot better then the wave 1 Jasmine. I think her bag is a little boring, I kinda wished her bag was in the shape of the apple or a heart.
I like your treat, my treat was the green plate and 3 micky cookies. I pray you get all different treats!!

When did Disney bounding begin, when did this idea and phenomenon of guests going to the Disney parks started ?
When they decided to get different colored t-shirts and different colored pants, and put them all together to favorite Disney character when they visit Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, the Walt Disney World theme parks and the others around the world. And because it's known as disney bounding, when did this all started ?
The term "Disneybounding" was first coined in 2011 by Leslie Kay with her Tumblr blog called Disneybound, where she used to share visual boards of outfits that she wore when she was, well, bound for Disney.
@@ChadMarvelous now that's a very interesting history an origin for this phenomenon.
so basically what she wanted to do was find some outfits, that resemble her favorite Disney characters.
Because I believe she was told by cast members she couldn't look like the actual character in the parks, because there would be so much confusion and so forth. So they told her she wasn't allowed to wear an actual princess dress etc

That would be so cool!!! Not sure if it will happen, I don't know how popular figment is compared to some of the other characters from popular Disney movies, but I would buy a Figment themed doll!

When you opened up wave 1 ILY dolls, you had mentioned ILY Ariel was your fav when you opened her up. But you didn't say if she stayed your fav after you opened up all of the ILY dolls. Am just curious which ILY from wave 1 was your fav over all?
Same thing with wave 1of Jakks pacific ILY dolls. You mentioned Bambi or Ursula maybe your fav, but you were not sure yet. Just curious which Jakks doll is your fav?
From wave one, my favorite is the Tiana inspired one, with the Belle one being in a close second.
For the first wave of Jakks Pacific, I'm still torn between Bambi and Ursula.

So when you mentioned about disneybounding on this video, these Disney made dolls are inspired and based on all of that Disney bounding clothing, theme to a certain Disney character. That girls and women wear whenever they go to the Disney theme parks ?

@@ChadMarvelous I thought so, because I used to think and I believe some other people dub them Disney Barbie dolls.
But because this toy doll line is so popularfrom the Disney stores and even available at the Disney theme parks, as well as their resort hotels and their dining entertainment shopping districts. Because these dolls are available in all of those shops and stores owned by Disney.
I'm kind of hoping that if Disney will create an animated series based on the dolls and that the Animated Series would have the same name just like the dolls, ily Disney4ever. I really hope the Walt Disney Animation Studios or maybe Disney Television Animation can make an animated series based on those dolls, featuring stories with little girls and teenage girls and their families and friends having great adventures. As well as achieving their goals to be whatever they want to be to make their dreams come true. And I also hope that not only they can wear Disney clothing of their favorite Disney characters, but I hope that in the background we will here and sometimes witness of what Disney movie and TV show they might watch. And as well as reading Disney story books to the little girls where they can be their sisters, younger sisters that is.
And also I think it would be a great idea and possible that those characters can meet their favorite Disney characters, if their favorite Disney characters appear out of nowhere magically. And that they should get to there kingdoms and communities by going through a magic portal, fly by themselves with the magic of pixie dust, fly in a little boat inspired by the pirate ship right vehicle from Peter Pan's flight attraction. Flying on a alicorn and sometimes a unicorn without wings, where the magical horse can use its magic to fly. Just like the reindeer of Santa Claus, getting there by train inspired by the trains from the Disneyland Railroad and the Magic Kingdom Railroad from Walt Disney World. As well as other vintage American steam locomotives and Diesel locomotives and British steam locomotives and Diesel locomotives. And I also hope it could be possible that they can get to the world where Mickey Mouse and his friends live, buy a little small airplane. Inspired by the homemade airplane from the Mickey Mouse cartoon plane crazy, and hopefully a hang glider inspired by the one from the Free Flight attraction Soarin.
I also hope that the characters can get to some of those worlds by using the cars inspired by the ones from Autopia from Disneyland and the Tomorrowland speedway from Walt Disney World.
And if they ever meet their favorite Disney characters in outer space, I hope they can get there by using rocket ships inspired by Dr Wernher Von Braun's designs. And even the Disneyland Moonliner rocket ship.
I really hope these ideas can be possible to make up an ily Disney4ever animated series.
And I hope the ily Disney4ever animated series can first start on Disney Plus, to be a Disney Plus original. And then later to have airing on the Disney Channel

It is really annoying that Disney uses polypropylene hair on these dolls they charge $30 for. They are beautiful dolls. I love them, but you know...
Seriously though 👆they have the fan base and if they (as a doll manufacturer with popular branding) targeting both kids and collectors, need to do their best and give their customers the best! That’s what keeps us coming back for more ❤
