- A lot of new camp collector items are coming soon to Fallout 76, including a birthday cake which can boost charisma, a company tea kettle, a cement truck for concrete and even a Mirelurk steamer. Which produces a selection of Mirelurk themed meals.
In todays video we are going through each of these upcoming items running through what they do and explaining why these are items you will definitely want to look out for.
There’s also a very neat camp weather system which we will touch on as well.

With all these collectors i'm really hoping we see a budget increase soon. I'm not sure how much more i can squeeze into my camps.
Or freaking let us build resources in shelters!
It's absolutely necessary
that and a reduce of crops in the camp budget, crops are way to much
I use minimal decorations and just scrap the big season decorations I put out like Halloween right now I’m not to attached to much and I keep a small shelter so I can have a more spread out camp
Truth. I have some awesome camps that I don't like to disassemble aspects to add new resources.
Weather stations are a neat idea, a rad-storm one would be awesome! Always thought it would be cool if the map changed based upon seasonal events, like snow at Christmas or fog for Halloween!
Been getting a lot of fog my camps just outside flat woods under the bridge
I'm so excited for the Company Tea Brewer. No more hunting for Honeycomb and Cream
Same here. Can finally sell all the honeycomb and cream I keep in my inventory. Also I can keep my freezer with 50 muttfruit tea instead of 25 MFT and 25 company tea.
I’ll still hunt the honeycomb anyway just to have more company tea but it won’t be as annoying when I kill honeybeasts and they don’t have honeycomb on them.
Honestly wish shelters could let you place collectors in them. At this point I am having break parts of my normal camp to make sure I’ve got enough space for all the different types of collectors, stat equipment, and other beneficial functional items for players that pass through.
I wanted to add that water well to my wasteland bunker solely for decoration since it would've fit in perfectly with the silos and red barn that I have in it. I feel like I've wasted the Atoms on it since I have no use for it on the surface. My camp's right on a river with plenty of water purifiers, and if I need boiled water, I just go get some along the river bank and boil it. It's all of like 50 feet away from my workspace. =/
I wish they'd give you a warning of "This item will act only as a decoration in this area" then shut off the Resources on it if placed in a bunker, but one on the surface would operate normally. There have been several things I've purchased and unlocked that I wanted to use in specific bunkers just solely for the aesthetics.
I'd love them to just be decorative in shelters. Some things like simple veggies as decorations would let us do so much storytelling even if they serve no actual function.
I honestly wasnt happy when I realized I couldn’t make a proper bathroom or kitchen without a chem station. I now make an empty locked up room for wiring alongside dummy elevator shafts.
The birthday cake should also increase movement speed for an hour cuz of a suger rush you would get just as a gag info

They would have to remove the hard cap of 20% percent movement speed from the game for that to be useful though as there is already things like speed demon mutation or certain mods or effects that easily get you right to the cap

The weather stations are smart. Especially since we're getting into holiday season. I wonder if fog is part of the weather? Makes the snow machine kind of unnecessary now, though.
Where am I going to put these items. Bethesda need to increase the budget or camp slots!!!

I’m really looking forwards to the weather control for camps! I have a Christmas camp and currently rely on 2 of the RobCo Snow Machines that I have merged into foundations giving that little bit of a snowy feel.
I am 100% buying the Mothman Nest once it's in the Atomic Shop since I use Brain Bombs a lot. That, the Fasnacht Collectron (For the Sugar Bombs part), and Grandma Junko are incredible for them

Oh I really like the fuse box thingies being generators. Makes a lot if sense and they will look good on flat roofs while supplying useful function. Very happy.
I'm not sure about the cement mixer. It looks like it's going to be hard to work into a lot of builds just because of the size. But I guess just parking it on the road near the bulk of a build would be fine I guess.
The tea thing is intriguing and Company Tea ain't too bad. The weather things are interesting also.

I really hope so. At the very least add it to custom world weather settings.
It would be really cool if they add real weather like Animal Crossing. Where the game is sync with your forecast and goes a lot with it
I haven't played that before, but that does sound interesting. I think they are trying to find a way to bring the custom world weather settings to adventure mode.
Animal Crossing weather isnt linked to your forecast, it's seeded so it can be predicted based on your game seed.
Personally, I would like an item that produces cranberries.

Resource camp items are the first things I build as they're the most important. The more the better

The birthday cake is similar to the one the lone wanderer had on their 10th birthday during fallout 3

I've nearly ran out of room at most my camps, and I don't want to have to dismantle them for new items.
I understand them not increasing the camp budget, for stability reasons perhaps.
But I really wish they'd add more camp slots, since you can only have 1 active at once anyway. (And at least tell us if there is a technical reason they can't keep adding slots)
If they could add another 5-10 slot or even more that would be amazing. Surprised they haven't done so already since it would be a great atom shop item.

Wish they had a radstorm weather option. It would look cool at my Halloween camp
I wish they would offer more clean versions. Or at least a choice between old, dirty and rusty look versus clean. I know they're trying to fit the post apocalyptic theme desperately, but I like to think of those items as something people would be able to craft themselves eventually and not necessarily make it look like a pile of junk in the process

I hope Season 8 (the vault tec one) rewards become available in the atomic shop soon. Really want the Lone Wanderer outfit as I didn’t really participate in seasons until the Pitt.

I think for the existing ones you might be able to request them on bethesda net. These new ones theres no confirmed date just yet.

i really wish the custom worlds weather change option would be allowed in private adventure, it adds no benefits and it is just for immersion

This is slightly unrelated but did they update the nuke silo missions and make them easier? I few weeks ago I tried to do it alone and got to the end stage only to get annihilated every time lol it took forever and I eventually gave up. But I did it again yesterday and their are hardly any turrents and less bots got through first time. Felt like a standard mission which was great as I’m a casual player, and the previous version of the mission was far too overpowered for someone trying it solo. Anyway yeah thanks for this video, I’m looking forward to the camp items, got to make some space in my camp
Yes, they have lowered the damage from robots/turrets & also the flame damage from Anglers/Floaters in the PTS, which will come to the live game in the December update.

A lot these look great and will add some great details to camps.

PvP content? Pvp is atrociously un balanced and doesn’t even belong in a game like this to begin with, that’s why they scrapped the idea of pvp content years ago, it isnt just cosmetic items if you payed attention to the video.
PvP will never work in this game with how combat revolves around every hit rolling 400 different slot machines. Not to mention impossible gear RNG and they weren't able to stop cheaters in NW.
I'm not interested in the weather machines. I'm only interested in camp and workshop decorations that produce items like the coffee machine and the cookie jar.
I have no use for any of this tbh.
